Navigator™ Software Version 2.0.0
Transgenomic’s Navigator™ Software is designed to operate the Transgenomic
WAVE® Nucleic Acid Fragment Analysis System (WAVE System or WAVE-MD System)
and analyze results. The new features for version 2.0.0 are documented below in the
release notice.

Navigator is now compatible with Windows XP! If you would like to learn
more about upgrading your system to Windows XP, please contact Transgenomic
Technical Support.
In order to control the WAVE or WAVE-MD system, both the Server and Client must be
installed. Refer to the documentation below for additional information.

WMExporter
WMExporter allows previous WAVEMAKER users to export selected data from their
WAVEMAKER projects, methods, and sequences. This data can then be imported into
Navigator™ by using the Navigator Import/Export Utility. Refer to the
documentation below for additional information.

Download and Install:
While WMExporter is a standalone product, importing the data generated
requires the installation of the Navigator™ 1.5.1a or higher. Importing data
generated by WMExporter into WAVE®-MD is not supported.
