WAVE® Customer Support Plans — Overview

Transgenomic provides a wide range of WAVE Customer Support Plans to allow you to experience the maximum benefit from your Transgenomic WAVE System. WAVE Customer Support Plans provide different levels of maintenance, support and training allowing you to select what is required for your laboratory. Whether you are a low, medium or high throughput laboratory, we have a support plan to meet your needs.

WAVE® HT Premier Support Plan

Transgenomic realizes the importance of keeping your laboratory running smoothly and efficiently. Transgenomic WAVE Systems require proper care and maintenance for optimal performance. Planning of such maintenance is an important part of laboratory management. With the WAVE HT Premier Support Plan, we take care of all suggested maintenance and provide emergency service reducing the chance for unscheduled downtime for repair. The WAVE HT Premier Support Plan designed for high throughput laboratories that use their system on an intensive, continuous basis.

WAVE® Premier Support Plan

Transgenomic realizes the importance of keeping your laboratory running smoothly and efficiently. Transgenomic WAVE Systems require proper care and maintenance for optimal performance. Planning of such maintenance is an important part of laboratory management. With the WAVE Premier Support Plan, we take care of all suggested maintenance and provide emergency service reducing the chance for unscheduled downtime for repair. The WAVE Premier Support Plan is designed for moderate to high annual usage.

WAVE® Planned Service Visit

Transgenomic realizes the importance of keeping your laboratory running smoothly and efficiently. Transgenomic WAVE Systems require proper care and maintenance for optimal performance. Planning of such maintenance is an important part of laboratory management. For laboratories with lower throughput or less defined workload, we offer the WAVE Planned Service Visit. The WAVE Planned Service Visit is designed for low annual usage.

WAVE® Non-contracted Services

Transgenomic offers WAVE Non-contracted Services for Transgenomic WAVE System customers not covered by a Customer Support Plan or System Warranty. WAVE Non-contracted Services apply to customers with Transgenomic systems not covered by a Customer Support Plan or Warranty.

WAVE® Applications and Training

Transgenomic provides WAVE Applications and Training for customers with Transgenomic WAVE Systems who would like to purchase technical application support assistance or operator training. This service includes software, hardware, technical and applications training. WAVE Applications and Training rates apply to customers with Transgenomic systems who would like to purchase technical application support assistance.

WAVE® MD Premier Support Plan

Transgenomic realizes the importance of keeping your laboratory running smoothly and efficiently. The WAVE MD System requires proper care and maintenance for optimal performance. Planning of such maintenance is an important part of laboratory management. We appreciate that you cannot afford unscheduled downtime for repair. Therefore, we offer the WAVE MD Premier Support Plan to meet your needs

WAVE® System Warranty

Transgenomic WAVE Systems are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for twelve months following installation, or fourteen months following shipment, whichever occurs first. WAVE System Warranty

Transgenomic realizes the importance of maintaining your laboratory’s smooth and efficient operation. The HANABI Metaphase Chromosome Harvester requires appropriate care. Planning of such maintenance is an important part of laboratory management. Through the HANABI Metaphase Chromosome Harvester Support Plan we take care of all your post-warranty service needs. This plan includes an annual preventative maintenance program and emergency service support to minimize unscheduled downtime for repairs.
