Backwards Compatability
With all the new advantages to Navigator Software, many
users may want to upgrade but are hesitant because they still
have data in WAVEMAKER Software format. WAVEMAKER
Software Desktop version is included with all Navigator Software
Client installations. This allows you to view your previous
data in WAVEMAKER format. An even greater advantage is the
ability to import data originally collected in WAVEMAKER
and HSM Softwares into Navigator Software.
In addition to the backward compatibility with WAVEMAKER Software,
all new versions of Navigator Software will be compatible with
the current version of Navigator Software and free upgrades
will be available at the Transgenomic web site.

WMExporter allows previous WAVEMAKER users to export selected
data from their WAVEMAKER projects, methods, and sequences.
These data can then be imported into Navigator™ by using
the Navigator Import/Export Utility. Refer to the documentation
below for additional information.

While WMExporter is a stand-alone product, importing
the data generated requires the installation of the Navigator™ 1.5.1a
or higher. Importing data generated by WMExporter into
WAVEŽ-MD
is not supported.
