The WAVE System 4500 series of  DHPLC instruments are one of the most sensitive and accurate technologies for sequence variant analysis and separation of nucleic acid fragments. Navigator™ Software creates the fragment specific methods, controls the instrument and analyzes your results. Fragment separation is achieved by the patented DNASep^® Cartridge or DNASep HT Cartridge technology.

WAVE 4500 System Models

 The following are the three WAVE System 4500 models available:

WAVE System Model 4500: designed for laboratories with low through-put that want the benefits of DHPLC technology.

WAVE System Model 4500HT: designed with higher through-put labs in mind and has the ability to analyze samples twice as fast as the standard WAVE 4500 System. 

WAVE System Model 4500HT-HS: designed with higher through-put labs that also require the most sensitive analysis possible for low-level mutation detection. The WAVE 4500HT-HS System has the ability to analyze samples twice as fast as the standard WAVE 4500 System. This system includes the WAVE HSD – High Sensitivity Detector.
