The WAVE System 3500 is among the most sensitive, accurate, versatile and economical technologies for rapid analysis of SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms), and insertion or deletion mutations. The WAVE System 3500 uses denaturing high performance liquid chromatography and may be used in applications for detecting genetic variation and fragment sizing.

WAVE System Model 3500: meets the requirements of laboratories which are screening hundreds of samples for genetic variation per day.

WAVE System Model 3500A: optimized for laboratories with increased sample throughput requirements. The integrated WAVE Accelerator decreases analysis cycle time, maximizing throughput for mutation screening. 

WAVE System Model 3500HT: features an integrated WAVE Accelerator, a micro-volume buffer mixing system and a specifically formulated separation cartridge, which greatly reduce analysis cycle times. Laboratories routinely scoring thousands of samples for genetic variation will benefit from the increased sample throughput and automation of the Model 3500HT.
