Production Technician Transgenomic, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician at our Irvington, Nebraska location. This position will be responsible for the assembly of component cartridges for Company products. Candidate must be self-motivated, and quality oriented with a positive team attitude. Position Requirements: •Perform specific tasks accurately as directed by supervisor to ensure products are produced efficiently, meeting or exceeding established quality and manufacturing standards • Attention to detail, and above average fine motor and manual dexterity skills. •Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, interpret assembly drawings, monitor bills of material, initiating process improvements, assisting with the training of others and monitoring production flow. •Accurately label and box products, perform routine upkeep and cleaning of production equipment, notify supervisor of any equipment malfunctions or necessary repairs as needed. •Follow all safety guidelines and procedures; maintain a clean and sanitary work environment to include: sweeping floors, emptying wastebaskets, and cleaning work surfaces and walls as needed. Transgenomic, Inc. is seeking a General Accountant in its finance area. This position will be responsible for all areas of customer and sales support. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers. Maintain understanding of products, consumables and order processing procedures. Responsibilities · Establish, develop, and maintain strong internal and external business relationships by providing consistent high quality service that is timely, thorough and responsive. This includes interpersonal, telephone, written and electronic communications. · Complete all sales order processing for U.S. instrument and consumable business. Provide assistance and serve as a resource to clients, sales and customer service teams by answering questions, quote preparation, and contract renewals. · Responsible for calculating sales commissions and preparing sales reports for distribution to Executive Team. · Provide internal support and administration by maintaining customer price list, participating with international consolidation process, and overseeing Accounts Receivable management and collections. · Maintain sales tax exemptions forms. Director, CLIA Laboratory Services Position Description, Requirements, Details: Transgenomic, Inc. is seeking a Director, CLIA Laboratory Services. Candidates for this position must have a Ph.D. and/or MD degree with American Board of Medical Genetics certification in Clinical Molecular Genetics, with related experience in a CLIA and HIPAA compliant laboratory focused on molecular genetic testing. Good verbal and written communication skills as well as good decision-making capabilities are required. A strong research background with exposure to assay development, validation, and high-throughput mutation detection technology platforms is required. The successful candidate will manage the DNA diagnostic laboratory operations and will be responsible for accurate reporting of patient results, sample processing and banking operations, and competency testing. Extensive CLIA experience with an emphasis inherited diseases, (mitochondrial disorder experience) is a plus Salary/Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with experience and accomplishments.
