Heteroduplex DNA containing a TC/AG mismatch was diluted with homoduplex DNA to
generate 1:10, 1:50 and 1:100 dilutions.  Samples were treated with SURVEYOR™ Nuclease.
The full-length PCR (about 250 bp), and two cleavage products (100 bp and 150 bp)
were detected in the 1:50 dilution.
