Create a thermocycling protocol with Optimase ProtocolWriter™

Optimase^® Polymerase is a Type B DNA Polymerase. To correct errors this class of DNA polymerases needs longer time during amplification and therefore its thermocycling conditions differ from those for a non-proofreading polymerase.

Optimase ProtocolWriter™ uses a specially developed algorithm for Optimase Polymerase to generate a protocol in a second.

• Simply click at http://www.MutationDiscovery.com.
• On the Left bar choose Optimase ProtocolWriter.
• Paste the sequence of your forward primer.
• Paste the sequence of your reverse primer.
• Enter the length of the desired PCR product in bp.
• Generate the protocol by clicking on the Develop PCR Protocol button.

You are ready to do PCR.
