Create a thermocycling protocol with Optimase ProtocolWriter™Optimase® Polymerase is a Type B DNA Polymerase. To correct errors this class of DNA polymerases needs longer time during amplification and therefore its thermocycling conditions differ from those for a non-proofreading polymerase. Optimase ProtocolWriter™ uses a specially developed algorithm for Optimase Polymerase to generate a protocol in a second. - Simply click at http://www.MutationDiscovery.com.
- On the Left bar choose Optimase ProtocolWriter.
- Paste the sequence of your forward primer.
- Paste the sequence of your reverse primer.
- Enter the length of the desired PCR product in bp.
- Generate the protocol by clicking on the Develop PCR Protocol button.
You are ready to do PCR. |
