Results obtained with the WAVE^® HS System

SURVEYOR Nuclease cleavage products analyzed using a WAVE^® HS System equipped with a Fluorescence Detector and a High Sensitivity Accessory for the post-column addition of a fluorescent DNA-intercalating dye.

The upper chromatogram (red line) shows the appearance of two peaks corresponding to the two cleavage products, 217 and 415 bp in size, resulting from the digestion of the 632-bp Control G/C heteroduplex. SURVEYOR Nuclease treatment of the 632-bp homoduplex controls (Contol G and Control C, green and blue lines, respectively) did not produce the two extra peaks. A smaller shoulder peak resulting from the secondary nuclease activity of SURVEYOR Nuclease is visible in all three cases. A chromatogram of a 100-bp sizing ladder (black line) is included for sizing purposes.
